Returns and Refunds

Artworks are one-of-a-kind and once your item has been shipped, we cannot accept any returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged. If that is the case, please contact me immediately and we can organise a refund or replacement/exchange.

All commissioned artworks and custom artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for anything else.  If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me so we can discuss your options.
